Open the Zoom app
- Look for the Audio and Video button (hover your mouse on the screen)

Click the little ‘^’ symbol next to the Audio mic

Make sure your audio is coming out of the right “Speaker”:

Test the speaker and microphone
If issues continue to persist, go to the bottom of that menu and press “Audio Settings”
- Adjust the volume slider for your speaker or microphone
- Click Test Speaker or Test Mic to confirm the volume level
